When you contact Englik Academy through WhatsApp, we receive the profile information and message content made available through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Our assistant may use automated and AI-supported processing to understand your request, answer questions about our programs, assist with enrollment, and route a conversation to a member of our team when needed.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through WhatsApp.

3. How we use information

• Process enrollment, subscriptions, and related service communications.
